All deliveries by American Heritage GmbH & Co. KG are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed primarily neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, telephone or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.

A right of revocation does not exist with purchase contracts over the supply of food, goods which are manufactured according to customer specification or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the buyer or due to their condition are not suitable for the return.

American Heritage ships your order with DHL and calculates a flat shipping cost of 4.95 €. If we deliver your order for technical reasons in several parts, we calculate the shipping cost only once. From an order value of 50 € we deliver in Germany and Austria free shipping.

* VAT-free, Swiss customs will then charge you Swiss VAT and customs duties upon delivery.

** Bulky goods have an additional delivery time of 5 working days.

If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already paid.

Payment can be made either in advance, credit card, immediate transfer, PayPal or PayDirekt. When selecting the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

For material defects we are liable according to the legal regulations.

The contractual parties agree on the validity of German law for their contractual relationship.
